## Access

- Create or rotate an agent key only after signing in at https://app.mktrader.ru/settings/mcp-ai-agents.
- `analytics_read` is the default scope. It can read persisted Yasen analytics and cannot mutate campaigns.
- `analytics_operator` adds only confirmation-gated campaign status actions and durable WB campaign creation. It does not allow bid or budget mutation.
- Never place an agent key, marketplace credential, cookie, or bearer token in prompts, public files, or generated media.

## Operating Rules

- For a person without Yasen access, use the public connection-request skill and return https://mktrader.ru/#waitlist. The person must review consent and complete Telegram verification on the Yasen site.
- Product UI workflows may offer reviewed budget replenishment and campaign creation when the current backend capabilities allow them. Do not infer that these writes are available through MCP; agent tools remain limited to the scopes and actions they explicitly publish.
- Never ask for Telegram passwords, login codes, cookies, sessions, tokens, QR codes, or credential screenshots. Never submit consent on a person's behalf.
- Start with the context tool to discover accessible tenants, WB cabinets, permissions, timezone, and a complete reporting period.
- Treat omitted metrics as unknown, not zero. Read freshness and limitation metadata before drawing conclusions.
- Separate facts, hypotheses, missing evidence, recommendations, and confirmed actions.
- Do not use external marketplace documentation as a source of truth for Yasen data semantics.
- Do not call raw marketplace APIs or perform exploratory production writes.
